Each project is selected for its ability to deliver strong gross development value (GDV) while aligning with our long-term strategy. Our model
-We buy commercial or residential properties in the UK all cash - no banks or high street lenders
-We strip out and redevelop
-We refinance and return investors capital at a fixed return if a fixed rate return is preferred, or
-We sell the asset and share the profits.
Investment options start at £50,000. Lower investment amounts may be considered on an ad-hoc basis.
